Good supplement that helps maintain feminine hygiene

I've been using Rephresh Pro B for about a year which initially worked but over time it seemed to lose its effectiveness so I started looking for other supplements. I came across Balance Complex through search and when I saw all the good reviews, I got a bottle. I liked the fact that it had probiotics along with herbal supplements to balance vaginal pH. It was pretty effective and helped clear up a recent bout of yeast infection (I was also on Diflucan). I took Balance Complex on the days right before, during and right after my last period and I didn't get a yeast infection after my period this time like a usually do. It is pretty expensive though so I can't afford to take it everyday as prescribed, I take it every 3 days for the rest of the month just to maintain good pH. ❞
