It helped with the burning almost immediately and I do feel like it helped to balance out my other issues, but the relief from burning was most noticeable. I recommend taking with milk or something thick-coated to help prevent the herbs from coming back up. My only complaint is the weird “after-burp” that happens when I take them on an empty stomach that can sometimes be potent from what I’m assuming are the herbs in the product, but that’s with most probiotics in this pill format. ❞
