One of the best probiotics I've used

❝ So far, so good. It's really helped balance things since I got the IUD put in. I am prone to BV already and the IUD didn't help. Then there was a horrible week where I had BV and a YI at the same time and this really came in handy. I want to get through another month and do another update but as of now, for the price, it's the best probiotic blend I've used for 'down there'. I keep mine in the refrigerator and take them at the same time every day. I also take them in addition to an acidophilus daily. ❞
