Probiotic strain produces histamines

❝ The product does exactly what I wanted it to do, which was balance my pH and stop BV. It worked really quickly and I was happy until I realized these probiotics caused a rash all over my body for a few days. These probiotics have a strain that produces histamines, for those who have a histamine intolerance I would be careful taking this product. My rash was not sever it was only annoying, but I can imagine someone with worse allergies would have a worse reaction. I would say start taking the capsules one at a time instead of two. After a few days if you confirm you’re not allergic to this stuff, then go for it!! In all honesty I would rather have a minor rash than BV, so ID DO IT AGAIN !! ❞
