Been dealing with bv and yeast for 7 years. The last time me and my boyfriend had sex two days later I smelled horrid. It was bad. I had to use 4 boric acid suppositories that day. I’ve tried many products. Boric acid only works a few days for odor. It literally just hide the smell, that’s all, and my inside would still be kinda dryish. I know for a fact I have biofilm build up but don’t want to take multiple supplements to break down the biofilms which Bacteria and yeast create to hide in so that the prescription can’t penetrate through. (many different infections are linked to biofilms when the antibiotic stop working) Oregano oil alone helps a lot but I needed something else to work with the oil to completely eradicate the issue. So I bought this and some probiotics on and took all 3 today (oregano, probiotic and balance complex) and my inside is not that sticky dry feeling and the odor is down from 7 to a 3. Underwear is only a tiny wet. So this product is working because this is day 1 and down there is much better. I take 8 drops of oregano oil in a tablespoon of olive oil in morning and at night. I take 1 probiotic I mentioned above. And I take 1 balance complex in morning the second one at night. I drink about 4 to 5 cups of water a day to help flush out toxins. All 3 should be a power house of goodies for your vaginal health. Also try to stay away from sweets juice and soda. Sugar is what feeds the yeast and the bad bacteria thrive in it. 1 month update, ummm this balance complex was not significant enough to destroy the issue. For my second month I’m taking the probiotics, oregano oil still and trying Kirkman biofilm defense. It breaks down the biofilms. Along with only vegetables fruit water chicken shrimp nuts and eggs. Mostly omelets and stir fry’s. No Sugar.
